Avoid Outdoormania! Placed an order over a week ago, and I'm still waiting. 3 emails are still unanswered, when I call the customer service number I just get three beeps then I am cut off. Had to track them down via facebook in the end. Have been told via facebook my order has been dispatched, but have received no email confirmation and no sight of my order. On the website the item was stated as 'in stock', delivery 1-3 days, this was not true as I was later told that the supplier has now delivered to them (late due to snow), so they never had the item in. The reason i chose this retailer was the price, delivery time and the fact the item was in stock in the size i needed.



Lies, lies and more lies. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't bother with Outdoor Mania, they do not deliver as stated.
