“terrible experience....one morning i coloured my roots...”

terrible experience....one morning i coloured my roots with natural brown one....and it was 2 shades lighter...like golden colour....i had to go to work like that...! not reliable at all...my hair are brown,and i usualy buy natural brown in diferent brands,,,,but decided to try this Belle Colour...and it ruined my day...what a waist !
