Oh ... just wish that I'd read a review of OutdoorMania before ordering.

1-Ordered goods on 6th Aug, dispatch within 1-3 days.

2-Phoned at regular intervals to be told 'awaiting stock - dispatch within 1-3 days' each time.

3-Cancelled order today 25th Aug.

4-Net result - a wait of almost 3 weeks for nothing and by assessing my phone logs can confirm that I've invested in 53 in's of phone calls costing P/min which with the v.a.t. adds up to £6.20

5-Cons ... Expensive phone calls, kept in queue for about 10 mins a time, only open from 10-4, effort and £6.20 for nothing.

6-Pros ... Easy to cancel with immediate e-mail conformation.
