I was recently divorced and wanted to go on a holiday by myself, i found this company that offered singles holidays and took the plunge. here is some info from their website that explanes it very well:

to see if this was tru they have a forum on their website which i joined and got to speak to other people who had been before and people who had not so i got real advice from other people in my position. would recommend...
