“I LOVE my Tigra, but the driver side carpet is...”

I LOVE my Tigra, but the driver side carpet is completely soaked through. I've taken out and washed the mats, but that revealed the soaked carpet underneath. The car now stinks of damp. There is a similar patch in the boot. What would you recommend I do first? Contact Dealership where I purchased? It was nearly a year old when I bought - an ex demo model.

I'd be so grateful for advice. Neil
