I was very disappointed with Island importer
I was a groomsman at a wedding several weeks ago. We were trying to make a decision on if we had to order one more outfit at nearly the last minute for a really expensive price and we called them. They acted like they could definitely get the item there, but the day of the wedding it turned out they had miscommunicated with UPS and it was never shipped!! Now that it was REALLY the last minute, we had to go out and hunt around for like clothes. MISERABLE.
They sent us two confirmation emails, but both had wrong tracking #s!!
This basically ruined photo sessions for them.
I felt we received poor customer service as they seemed rude towards us when we first explained what had happened to them on Monday (two days after the wedding because there isn't a phone number listed to reach them on weekends!). After they appeared rude, and we responded back, we didn't receive any response at all or any refund for the initial clothes.
Honestly, just an overall disheartening experience. I would have just gone to the mall to pick up matching clothes, but they sent me two confirmation emails saying it shipped and told me over the phone that it was coming!
