Good Points
So easy to programme, time shift works brilliantly, and signal strength is better than previous Freeview set top box. Recent software upgrades have made a big improvement too especially with the ability to sort recorded programs by date and name.
It's totally changed our viewing habits

Bad Points
EPG takes too long to download.
Hard disk broke, but replaced within a week.

General Comments
The hard disk broke in the week before Christmas, but Humax picked it up, repaired it, and sent it back with a new hard disk within a week, so very impressed with their service.
