Good Points
Audio, does the job no problem, user friendly.

Bad Points
Video, extremely complicated, virtually no explanation. I would have opted for the cheaper option had I realised.

General Comments
I bought this iPod for my wife as a present, but it is frustrating that all the video functions are so complicated, plus it seems that we may have to spend more money on software to convert our DVDs before we can watch them on this device. I think that overall it's more trouble than it's worth, and it has caused arguments, which is the opposite of what I wanted to happen.
