Macintosh nickle and dimes you for EVERYTHING!!
I recently received an Apple ipod as a gift. I have initial set up problems and contacted customer support, using my ONE free support service (any future problems will cost $40 each). Following the return of the first ipod, I was sent another ipod that is incapable of keeping a charge for more than 1 day (unused). I am terribly disappointed with the product I purchased, the service provided by Macintosh, and the fact that I am stuck with a product that is pretty much not usable!
