Book for a specific hotel in rhodes Miramara aquis and specifical stated that i was booking this for special occasion on arrival the hotel did not have our booking. On contacting Viva holidays they informed me that they had sent a email stating we had been moved to Electra palace.I have never recieved an email to inform me and on return this has still not arrived. They also booked flights with easy jet and only informed me by letter that this was booked as a seperate travel arrangments not a package. our return flight was cancelled so had to arrange own flights back as Viva hoildays could not be contacted.
