Bad Points
User guide with phone is poor. (Comprehensive one on-line).
General Comments
Was time to update my mobile having had a Nokia 3310 for a few years. Originally I had intended to buy a Motorola V600 but upon looking at one the shop it looked a bit too plastic for my taste.
The main feature which pulled me towards buying the Z600 was the larger keypad, spaced out a lot better than most flip phones. Colour screen very easy to see in any light and navigation is easier than I thought it would be having been used to nokia for over 10 years. The user guide was not very good, no logical order, refering to see this section and then when you looked it up it refered to to yet another section. Lacking on solid facts i.e. how to do..... Sony/erricsson web site was a better bet (Adobe guide) but if you've not got internet access this would have been a real problem !!!
The camera isn't anything fantastic but adequate, I have a digicam already so the phone cam wasn't my main reason for buying. In the short time I've owned my Z600 I am very satisfied, battery life seems to be good (unless you play games non stop) and signal strength has not been an issue. (am on virgin network, who use T-mobile equipment)
I would recommend you take a closer look if you are looking for a solid, easy to use flip phone. And finally.......it's a neat size and looks cool. What more could you ask for....Buy one! Cost £190 from carphone warehouse (in the UK)
Word of warning, suggest you do not buy a handset on line, they can look very different in real life.
