BT Yahoo seems for the last year to be in meltdown. I've used it for a number of years without any problems. The last three months have brought endless troubles with both general breakdown of the broadband supply and three breakdowns specifically to my own service. Dealing with the technical department is a nightmare. They don't keep records and they don't call back when promised. Although I have a joint contract for phone and broadband, there is no joined up thinking. When my phone broke down, the phone engineer subcontractor repaired it. But he didn't repair the broadband and it took ten days of hassle to have that restored.
