Alexa is a company with terrible customer service. Whatever you do, don't sign up for their services (even free ones). Once you're into their system they won't delete your account for any reason, which means that your username (and in some cases your contact details) remain public in perpetuity. Note that this is something they don't tell you when you sign up!



Do not sign up for Alexa; avoid, avoid, avoid.
