If, like me, you have had endless problems with the O2 X1, help is at hand. I rang O2 to complain that the replacement phone they had supplied me with has started to present the same problems as my original phone ie switching itself off, freezing etc. They quickly said that they would send me a pack to return it to them, and provide me with an X2! So- don't put up with the X1- lets hope the X2 hasn't got the same problems!
