I thought the O2 X1 was the best phone I had ever seen so I decided to buy one. But after a few days the phone started to freeze and I couldn't log onto the internet so I sent it away to get fixed and it came back in perfect working order, until I went to download wallpapers off the networks site just as the download was about to be complete the phone switched off taking my money and leaving me with no wallpaper and no chance of getting one.
