This review relates to Media Travel of Harrow and the booking of a family holiday for three person in Palma Nova in July of this year. After an email search the holiday was booked with Media Travel who was very good at taking money off you and very good at replying to your calls prior to the holiday being booked. Once booked the story was different. During the booking we were offered that standard room as part of the package but then offered an upgrade for an additional £60.00 this was agreed to and the difference paid. On arrival at the hotel we were shown to a room for three that was 2 single beds and a drop down bed which then filled the room - this was instead of the double and single bed we had been promised. On making a complaint to the hotel we were informed that an upgrade was impossible as they only had one type of room. Numerous calls to Travel media were made being kept on hold for of 45 minutes and then being cut off. On return a long battle commenced for the return of the money paid which Media have only just agreed to. Please, please do not use Media Travel of Harrow if you do so and it goes wrong you only have yourself to blame
