I bought a pair of glasses on line Oct 10 and was pleased with them, but Jan 2011, they inexplicably broke in half. I returned them for repair / replacement on 7th Jan by recorded delivery. Despite numerous phone calls (never answered) emails and letters, absolutly no response. They have obviously gone bust (like my glasses!) I paid by debit card, so no refund there. If I could get them back to be repaired elsewhere, that wouldnt be so bad, but by the nil respones I've had, that isn't going to happen!
Should have gone to Glasses Direct!. - Never had a problem with them!
