Good Points
The phone is nice and compact, it has a good colour screen.

Bad Points
Can only get wap when the network wants you to.

General Comments
I got an O2 X1 phone for my wife 2 weeks ago and she has had nothing but trouble with it. It will only send a picture message to other 02 phones and not to other networks, when you eventualy get on wap it freezes. The phone will recive picture messages about 2 days later we have been to the 02 shop and they have said that there is nothing wrong with the phone. NOT VERY IMPRESSED.
