Good Points
Try living in the USA with their soapy, tasteless versions of Cheddar. You would never criticise this cheese again.

Bad Points
It isn't available in the States!

General Comments
I've just packed a cooler box with 5lbs of it and brought it back over here.



Despite pleading with Dairycrest, it's not available in the USA, neither are there any plans.



It's not the sort of cheese that the starchy cheese connoisseurs would ever admit was any good, but for everyday eating like sarnies and Welsh rarebit etc., and use in other cooking, Cathedral City Cheddar cheese can't be beat.
