I have banked with First Direct for over 20 years, and I used to work for Lloyds Bank!

They are absolutely first class, fair, and efficient.

Online or telephone - telephone calls are based in UK, and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you ever have a problem, they sort it out quickly and fairly.



Highly recommended.
