I have just collected my telephone from M&S Barnstaple I did everything per instructions but was unable to get a dialling tone. I called on the services of an expert who described the set U/S. I live in the country and made a special journey to collect the instrument. I shall now have to make another trip to return it to Barnstaple. I always thought M&S gave fist class value, what a disappointment. Michael Darling
