Shaolin Way customer services are horrendous. I purchased an item from their online shop where I was told delivery would take 2-5 working days. On day 7 I sent an email enquiring about my order and did mention in a friendly way that I felt their online shop was very misleading with regards to the prizes as vat was added on the "check out". The reply I got back was extremely rude. I replied to the email stating I was not happy with the way they replied to me especially as I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and have spent a fair bit of money buying their products and they replied to that by telling me they had cancelled my order as I had been rude!? I've had to rate this shop with one star as am not given the chance of no star rating but if I could I would rate them zero!
I have never in my life been as insulted, I find this very unprofessional and will never have dealings with this shop/company again.
