Was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews, but really shouldn't have been. Order placed on Sunday night, communication received on Monday saying it had been shipped, and again on Thursday morning saying it was in-store awaiting collection.

In-store collection process really easy and secure - ID and signature required, goods were securely padded and packed, and as a result were in absolutely perfect condition... impressive, seeing as they were shipped from Madrid.
