I have found the quality of Customer Service that Alex provides to be exceptional. He works very diligently and sincerely to meet the customer's best interests. He patiently listens to the customer's requests and is very flexible. He provides various Itinerary options before asking you to confirm on the final one. I would highly recommend Royal Air to anyone who wants to book air tickets to India.
