Bad Points
Downtime is unacceptable

General Comments
Websites go down, and the support line for OneAndOne http://oneandone.co.uk dont even know about it.You ring them up and ask whats wrong, and they say "Oh yes, I see that server is down". It has been down for 3 days consecutively now. Dont they have any back up servers?



I'm going to move my domains right away, and terminate the contract with 1&1.
