Good Points
Cheap

Bad Points
Difficulty in cancelling contract. No backup. Lack of technical support. AutoDate in German, etc etc

General Comments
Just had to add my comment on www.oneandone.co.uk to the others: This company is diabolical - do not touch! Has not actioned my cancellation on 3 occasions and has now referred me to debt collectors! Gone back to Pickaweb with relief.
