We bought a our Clearco HD 9000 Technic projector from Visualtronic earlier this year. It stopped working after 3 months!!! Apart from being really noisy, the projector turns off after about 5 minutes. You can hear the fan working overtime. I sent an email to visual tronic and finally got a response to increase the 'duration' field to 60 as this was a facility on the projector to turn off if not in use. We have done this and it still turns off.



I have called and emailed Visulatronic many times and had no response. HAve they gone bust?



Does anybody know what might be wrong with the projector? It has a 12 month warranty apparently but we have no literature in the box!! I may try to call the manufacturers direct?
