Haven's website offered the best price on the product i wanted within the delivery timescale that i needed. The site is easy to use and navigate through and their prices are very competetive. There are a number of delivery options, free if you can wait a few days or you can pay for next day delivery. Customer service is excellent - the product i originally ordered was out of stock so i was called, options were discussed and a replacement product chosen and delivered the following day as requested. Communications all through the transaction were excellent.A pleasure to do business with.
