Phoned and asked for help and was put through to their Skates expert who was very open, honest and helpful. Ordered 3 pairs of skates for the kids birthdays through the web site. One was needed the next day for daughter No.3s birthday and the skates arrived as promised.

Had a problem in that 1 pair of skates was the wrong colour but a quick phone call and an exchange was arranged promptly and with apologies.
