Dx3webs have hosted our website for 4 years and have always provided exceptional service and value. As a new business with no web development experience we were looking to expand out of E-bay to setup our own online shop. We needed someone who would hold our hand and look after us at every step. Dx3webs were extremely helpful and professional and never made us feel stupid or daft.



We started with an OScommerce store originally but when Magento came along they offered us a free upgrade and even transferred all our products to the new system. Magento was a bit of a learning curve but Dx3webs helped us at every step. Nothing was too much trouble. Magento has a reputation for being sluggish but from the start our site has been very fast and reliable and we have never had a problem in all the time we have been with them.



They even offer advice which points us to free solutions to our problems when they could easily charge us. They even take care of Magento upgrades for nothing.



Highly recommended.
