I have only just clicked to book with them; frustratingly, they don't actually have availability even though the search results said they did. After I filled the form and gave my credit card details, the message was, "We will check the details of your booking with the branch you have selected and your order will be confirmed within one working day." Clearly they don't quite get the point of e-commerce.
I'll post back if they end up being able to rent me a van and give a review of the rest of the experience, but at this point I regret giving them my credit card number in exchange for an answer tomorrow. And I find it disingenuous that there's no way to find out about this step without going all the way through the transaction and clicking Submit.
