Alliance Training center is a great gym for both the professional MMA fighter and the average person. They have classes for kids and adults in Thai Boxing, Boxing, Grappling, strength training and conditioning.



I love the TRX classes myself and always feel great after doing them.



This is a gym that is both good for a serious fighter and for a typical family, I highly recommend it!
