I ordered a firepit from All Garden Fun which arrived damaged. When I contacted Customer Services I was asked to contact Parcelforce to make a claim. I refused thinking that All Garden Fun had the contract with Parcelforce, not me. Plus, I order many many things on the internet and have never been asked to do this even though I have occasionally received a damaged item in the past. I left it to All Garden Fun to sort things out with Parcelforce and waited two month to receive my refund. During this time I had many conversations with All Garden Fun via email and phone and I found many of these unpleasant and in my opinion, rude. I was concerned that I would never receive my refund " especially after seeing similar comments about the company on review websites. As mentioned before, I did eventually receive my refund " the delay was put down to the slowness of Parcelforce in dealing with claims.
