“Placed an order on Van Meuwen website on the Saturday...”

Placed an order on Van Meuwen website on the Saturday night of 5th March, then received a confirmation email said the plants would be delivered by the end of April.

We could not take those plants in April but May, so we asked them to deliver the plants in May,

We emailed them straightway and contacted them through their website on the Sunday, nobody responded

Rang their call centre on the following Monday but I was told there was no my order information on their system, so I had to call them back again on the Tuesday.

Called them on Tuesday, I was told then, they could only refund me some but not all because some of them are in the packing stage.

I asked them how come my order is in packing stage when I emailed them, contacted them through their website and rang them trying to cancel it

All the answer I was given is that if I really want to cancel it, I have to wait for another 20days when the plants are arrived sometime in April, then I will have to call them to get my money back

What a nightmare

Do never ever buy plants from this company again
