I've my GT300R for 18 months & in that time I've had two replacement batteries & chargers & three sets of wheels. It has been returned once as the frame broke near the axle and the metal bar connected to the handle has also been replaced as that broke. This trolly is made of metal which has insufficient strenght to carry a full golf bag. I bought this trolley as I wanted a remote control but even that fails most of the time.
I would not recommend this trolley to anyone and have given it one star because to be fair to the company the customer service has been good.
