Really not surprised with their fall in share prices today. Maybe finally consumers are realising we just cannot just be asked to pay more and more for a service that is getting worst and worst.
Our family had been using their online shopping for the past 5 years. We have seen our bill increased by 20 to 30% since the so-called recession started. The service is also getting worst. They often make mistakes with the order but since the start of 2011 we have also been told they will not be bring the orders to the door, won't deliver more than 3 bags of cat litter and they have stopped refunding items they did not deliver. Ok those items might just be a few pounds each but to me that is still cheating their customers.
Anyway we changed supplier 2 weeks ago, so far so good. If u r not happy with the service, change! Worth it!
