We booked a hotel for our honeymoon and they gave us something far from what they show on the website! Literally far from the beach which is the total opposite of what we were expecting and very bad customer service! They will fight with you to force you to stay and make cancelling impossible no matter what even if the resort owner is ok with the cancellation. They will use your credit card without your permission like what they did to us! They are scammers! Never ever use this website for your trips. Deal with the hotels instead.
