COWBOYS.. And I'll happily stand against any challenge to back up that comment. DO NOT THINK.. that they won't damage your car.
DO NOT THINK.. that if you notice any damage upon collection that they will acknowledge it.
Forget about anyone from the company coming to see the damage before you drive home to verify that it is fresh. THEY WON'T.
Do not think that they will even allow you to take the car to them to verify that the damage is fresh before you go home. THEY WON'T.
DO NOT THINK that having photos of the damage taken at the airport with their driver in the photo will help you later.
DO NOT THINK that having the check-in and check in slip signed by you and their driver noting no damage on drop off, but a dent in the front bumper and scratches in the MIDDLE OF THE BONNET (how?!) will be of any use in getting the costs of repair covered. There is nothing we could do to protect ourselves from these cowboys, but as honest professional hard working taxpayers, we hope this will help protect you from making the same mistake we did.
Oh, and Drive-fly DO NOT THINK.. That I won't put this on every relevant forum, website and ratings site.. WEEKLY.
And, if you're reading this and wondering if it's still worth booking with them, ask yourself one question . If your car was damaged in their care, where on their website would you find a phone number or e-mail to get in touch and chase the issue?
