I placed an order for a wall mounted basin tap, and didn't realise I had to order the concealed body with it. Their customer service team personally called me to clarify and was able to promptly add it to my order so there would be no delay. Staff were friendly and efficient - it's nice to get such personal service from a website, so would recommend.
