Completely useless. Chews up the line on first use. Bought it from Homebase but they will not take it back or replace it. Twice they gave me new line and then B&D sent me one of their own. Same result. Needs to go back to service centre for replacement or repair. Should I go to the trouble of driving there or waiting in all day for DHL to come to collect? Probably better to bin it. Avoid, avoid!
