I live in Canada and have had the good fortune to deal with Master of Malt on various levels over the last 4 years on a personal and business basis. The creativity in overcoming shipping and packaging challenges has been remarkable. The communication has been timley and I have felt like a valued individual at every stage. This is clearly a boutique operation that recognizes the importance of personalized service as is reflected in every aspect of their organization. You can't possibly go wrong with Master of Malt!
