Customer service is terrible. How to loose customers!
I called to select my seats and ask a question. The woman hung up on me and then cut me off every time I rang back.
I then went through to sales and the rep there just put me on hold in mid sentence and just left me hanging.
I have actually booked with them 4 times before but seeing how their customer service has deteriorated I will never book with them again.
Even worse there is nobody to complaint to ... only the customer service people. So they can behave as badly as they like can't they?!
