I purchased a diamond solitaire pendant in white gold. The picture showed a chain that was not quite my taste. Tom in customer care offered to swap it for a different one for me at the same price. Service was courteous, efficient and professional (and UK based). The item arrived two days later in a little blue box. The pendant is very nice, better in fact than I had expected. My overall experience was very pleasant and I would recommend Diamond Manufacturers to others.
