My wife got me this book after seeing some reviews on Amazon. It helped me a lot. I still have urges to smoke every now and then, but its the first time I've made it this far (20 days). I also read Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking. That was helpful too. I find that Positively Quit fills in some gaps Carr's book misses



I found the first 2 days most difficult.. but by the end of my first week I felt great - really free. Haven't felt this good in a long time!
