Breaks down regularly and although Ferrolli are quick to send around an engineer the engineers cannot do anything because they don't have the parts. We are waiting 6-8 weeks for the parts to arrive from Italy for the second time in 2 years, and without heat and hot water in winter.

AVOID this brand.
