Good Points
Availability of service was good

Bad Points
When I signed up, was told would get php5, as listed on their front page. Didn't get it, was told had to then pay more to get it, and then when I tried to cancel they kept £20. Not worth my time taking them to small claims court, but have sent off letter to office of fair trading. This Dataflame service seemed like a scam to me.

General Comments
Customer service is horrific, in my experience, you feel like you're dealing with inflexible money-grabbing cretins. You can get a cheaper, more polite service elsewhere.
