Our block of 12 units moved to assisted self management with Urban Owners (www.urbanowners.co.uk) 4 months ago and we have been delighted with the honesty, efficiency and transparency of their Full Admin programme. It has significantly reduced our management costs and also saved us money on many of our supplier bills that had been neglected by our previous agents.



With the Urban Owners system there is a small increase in administration done by the block's management group but this is more than offset, in my experience, by the cost savings and the fact that we only need to ask for things to be done once!



Overall thoroughly recommended
