We discovered Urban Owners almost by accident when considering formalising arrangements for the management of a small block of flats. Most potential agents we approached either laughed at the size of our building or made it clear that they'd demand ludicrously high fees for the work involved. Urban Owners is a refreshing alternative to more mainstream managing agents - the service we opted for lets us get on with running the building, bolstered by the safety net of sensible advice and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This is a unique operation in an otherwise desperately overcrowded marketplace.
