Not a single one!
Extremely poor customer service.
When I placed my order with The Cotswold Company (very simple - just one item!), I was assured I'd receive it in two weeks.
Three months later, I was still waiting. I received three standard letters from them, each of which gave a new delivery date. None of these delivery dates were met.
I wrote to them to ask for some form of compensation for the huge delay, which they said they'd consider once the order was completed. They now refuse to acknowledge this.
The furniture finally arrived recently, and I wasted most of last Sunday building it. Surprise surprise, it's faulty! Extremely poor quality, with cracks running down the wood surface!
I sent pictures to them, along with an e-mail requesting a full and immediate refund, and I received yet another automated standard response offering "sincere apologies for any inconvenience". "Any" inconvenience!?
I'm now waiting for them AGAIN to arrange for the item to be picked up so that I can have my money refunded, as they've refused to refund me until the goods are returned. However, I can't return the goods until their contractor can pick them up!
