Not a bad word to say! We were on the point of moving, only because LC had taken over our existing web hosting company. However, the new company was taking so long we asked if we could come back. It was sorted out in an instant.

The best thing is the ease of contact - if you've a problem you can get hold of someone really quickly. And we especially love the chaps and chapesses on Twitter.

They're great :)
